And is he a long lost member of the Uchiha clan? Cause from what I heard the whole Uchiha clan has passed away due to Itachi’s own curiosity to test the ability of his maeyeko sharingan.

Ubito isn’t the long lost member of the Uchiha clan. He’s from the Kakashi Gaiden, Kakashi’s first mission as a Jounin. I guess I should stop commenting here, since they’re never approved. *shrug*

Obito is from the Uchiha clan! But he is a character from the past. He was a teammate of Kakashi when he was in the three-man team. This is the write up of the explanation:
Time frame: Leader-team member 1 - team member 2 - team member 3
Now: Kakashi - Naruto Uzumaki - Sasuke Uchiha - Sakura Haruno
Then: Yondaime(4th hokage) - Kakashi Hatake - Obito Uchiha - Rin
You can see a pic of their group if you look up kakashi on wikipedia!
Do you understand? Obito is from the past. He is part of another story that happened during the series…kinda like a large flashback showing how Kakashi got his Sharingan.

here’s the theory, it is said that Obito really hadn’t die after being smashed by the rocks and later became leader of Akatsuki, known as Tobi.
i know, i don’t want to believe it’s him either, but alot of details match. As you guys can see.. Tobi only has one sharingan, and its to the right, while Kakashi has one to the left… coincidence?

Obito is Tobi after half of his body got crushed by falling rocks. He gave his left sharingan eye to Kakashi. Zetsu found him and took him to Sasori. Sasori made half of his body puppet because of rocks. I’m sorry to say he’s with the Akatsuki, BUT heis not evil they brainwashed him to think their ridding the world of evil.
p.s. If you want to know who these people are look it up. I don’t look at shippuuden pictures I look at the show.
